faithsoaring church
1) We were once FaithSoaring but our Vision waned.  We want to FaithSoar again but we need to be captivated again by an Empowering Vision.  We want a process that will result in deep ownership within our congregation for prophetic future ministry that soars with faith. I have the motivation to help us work toward this goal.

 2) We have never been FaithSoaring.  The reasons are not important.  However, we have the capacity, the readiness, and the opportunity, to be FaithSoaring.  We are looking to be captivated by an Empowering Vision.  We want a process that will result in deep ownership within our congregation for prophetic future ministry that soars with faith.  I have the motivation to help us work toward this goal.

 3) We want to be a FaithSoaring church but we do not have the capacity, readiness, or the opportunity to be FaithSoaring at this time.  We are willing to begin the process within our congregation that will help us soar with faith in the future and we are willing to stick with that process for five to seven years.  We realize there is likely to be significant resistance from longer-term members of the congregation who cannot handle transition, change, and innovation.

 4) We lack the motivation to be FaithSoaring.  While we might say we want to be this kind of church, truthfully, when to comes to making the effort it will take to achieve this status, we know in our gut our people had rather stay in Egypt than make a journey through the wilderness to the Promised Land.   This is sad, but true.
